Hear from our own
One of the most notable attributes of our city is the friendly people who reside in it. Whether you are moving here to start your career, raise a family, or retire, you are sure to be greeted with a smile.
Almost one year ago, my wife and I decided it was time for a change. We had lived in Arkansas for most of our lives and decided we wanted to try something new. We couldn’t be happier that we chose here! The people are super friendly and welcoming. There is plenty to do yet still has a small town feel and the surrounding area is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! We drove into Johnson City having never seen it, with no jobs and no friends. Some called us crazy and maybe we were, but just one short year later you couldn’t drag us away from here. Johnson City Tennessee is now truly our home.
